Familiarity of local social media influencers and headhunters.
Passion in broadcasting and online short video products; curiosity in varieties of social media APPs.
5+ years of experience in market management, capable of leading a team of 10+.
Having solid connections with local media channels/partners in S.E.A. market.
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to speak and write in Chinese (Mandarin).
Interest in the Internet and Bytedance’s products (e.g. Tik Tok).
